It occured to me while peeling the skins off a half-dozen of these tiny little gems that I was unwrapping a gift, revealing the plump juicy morsels inside and unleashing the fresh sharp scent of new citrus. Nature gives us so many presents, wrapped in the prettiest of skins and colors, waiting to be savored. That nature not only gives us the appetizers and the main course, but she doesn't forget about dessert:
And that there is a type and a color for almost anyone and any taste and any mood.
Ripe and fresh and loving.
